Janet and David welcome you to The Cedars BandB, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and work hard to create an environment which is tranquil and perfect for relaxing in. It is a large detached property set within its own grounds in the historic mining village of St Day.It is an ideal place for touring Cornwall, being 2 miles from the A30, 7 miles from Truro and within easy reach of the golden sands of the north and south coast, close to Falmouth, Newquay, Hayle, Penzance and picturesque harbours of St Ives, Mousehole and Fowey. Cornwall is host to a diverse range of tourist attractions, from the awe-inspiring views of Lands End or the Eden Project to the adrenalin rides at Flambards, Cornwall really does have something for everyone. It is a walkers and cyclists paradise at any time of year, from the beginner to the experienced with a variety of both coastal and inland walks and trails. If you are on holiday, visiting friends, relatives or down on business, we will do our best to make sure you stay is enjoyable and comfortable. All our rooms have been individually decorate to the highest standard. Each room has a flat screen TV with freeview and dvd,wi-fi, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite (including shower).There is also a lounge room with tv and an open fire on chilly days. Start your day by enjoying a hearty full English breakfast or help yourself to the breakfast buffet which hosts a variety of alternatives. The dining hall is situated in our light, spacious, conservatory, which overlooks picturesque views of the garden. We are more than happy for you to bring food back in then evening. There is a Chinese take-away, fish and chip shop, two pubs and general stores within the surrounding area. There is also a secure lock up for keeping bikes safe overnight plus a generous secure car parking area. Sorry no pets. Also no smoking within the house.

Turn off A30 at Helston Scorrior turning. then take first left. At the crossroads go straight across, carry on for about 1 mile,then take 3rd right, at top of the hill turn left and we are 50 metres on left.
